Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping real products
• Proven full-stack experience: Node.js backend + Vue.js/React/Angular frontend
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in your workflow
• Strong product mindset: measure success by user and business outcomes
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Solid fundamentals: REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, TypeScript, testing
• Strong communicator—explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Own problems, not tickets — From idea to production, define the solution, ship it, measure whether it worked
• Move across the stack — Frontend, backend, infra — wherever the problem lives, you are a product engineer
• Use AI as a force multiplier — leverage AI agents for coding, analysis, testing, and iteration; aim for 2x output
• Operate with minimal guidance — ask the right questions, make reasonable assumptions, and ship
• Collaborate directly — work with designers, PMs, data, and other engineers in autonomous squads
• Improve the system — spot patterns in what slows the team down, delegate to agents, implement changes
