Our client, the leading AI-powered job search platform, is recruiting a Senior Backend/Full-Stack Engineer to design backend systems powering authentication, onboarding funnels, subscription logic, and AI-driven features. The role entails end-to-end ownership of backend architecture and close collaboration with frontend and product teams.

We welcome candidates with 5+ years of backend/full-stack experience and strong expertise in NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS, and a security-minded DevOps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial backend/full-stack experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong production expertise in NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Experience with event-driven systems (NATS) and distributed architectures.
• Secure payment integrations and subscription lifecycles experience.
• DevOps mindset: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and PII protection.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale core SaaS services including authentication and subscription lifecycles.
• Design and manage complex relational data models powering the core engine.
• Build high-performance backend systems using NestJS, NextJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, and NATS.
• Ensure reliability through performance tuning, caching, observability, and failure recovery.
• Own backend architecture end-to-end in collaboration with Frontend and Product teams.
