Job summary

MLabs is seeking a Product Designer to join the design team and drive user-centric experiences. You will collaborate with the Lead Designer to shape product strategy and deliver polished UX/UI solutions, with a strong emphasis on dashboards and data visualization.

The role requires problem-solving, thoughtful questioning, and clear rationale behind design decisions. Expect ownership across the end-to-end design process and opportunities to influence core product direction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and polished visuals.
• Strong focus on dashboards, analytics, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with design systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Designer to define and deliver end-to-end features and UX/UI solutions.
• Participate in product discovery through research and collaborative feedback.
• Design intuitive dashboards and data visualizations for end users.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system for consistency across products.
• Clearly communicate ideas, user flows, and interface decisions to cross-functional partners.
