Job summary

MLabs Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape the core UX of a trend intelligence platform. You will own the dashboard experience for brands, marketers and agencies, transforming dense trend data into clear, actionable insights.

Join a close-knit Frontend & UX team, working 100% remotely with core hours across EST/CET time zones. The role emphasizes AI feature design, data visualization patterns, and collaboration with engineering on a React component library.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in a B2B/SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem framing and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards or analytics tools.
• Proficiency with design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Excellent written English for proposals and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own features from framing to launch with UI/UX deliverables.
• Identify user pain points via interviews, feedback, and usage data to drive proposals.
• Define AI/LLM interactions and standardize content attribution and uncertainty handling.
• Manage design system principles and Figma library with front-end collaboration.
• Co-own product metrics and quality rubrics for AI outputs with the Frontend Lead.
