Job summary

VM.PL sp. z o.o is seeking a UX/UI designer for a short, intensive B2B SaaS project. You will translate user stories into implementation-ready Figma designs, focusing on the Case Management Dashboard and data-heavy interfaces.

Work is remote for July/August with a potential extension. You will collaborate with the PO/PM and Lead Architect, delivering clear specifications for development and presenting results in English.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of UX/UI design experience for B2B SaaS products.
• Experience designing dashboards, tables, complex forms and multi-step workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma with components, auto-layout, variants and developer handoff.
• Ability to work from user stories and functional requirements.
• Experience designing login, MFA, session management and permission-based interfaces.
• Ability to deliver complete, implementation-ready designs within short timeframes.
• Proficient in English and Polish for collaboration and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the user story backlog and materials from the PO/PM.
• Refine personas and key user scenarios.
• Create user flow maps for core processes.
• Design Case Management Dashboard views in Figma (case list/details, statuses/history, login/MFA, admin panel).
• Prepare components and annotations for smooth handover to devs.
• Collaborate with PO/PM and Lead Architect.
• Present final designs in English during Sprint Review.
