Job summary

Integral Solutions - Informatica Distributor is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive product experiences, dashboards, and brand assets for a security-focused platform delivered remotely from Poland.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and marketing to evolve a scalable design system in Figma, create high-fidelity prototypes, and drive rapid iteration while maintaining visual excellence across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience spanning product design and visual/brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX/UI capabilities, complex digital products, dashboards, data visualization, and marketing or brand-related projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Experience designing interactions, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and workflows is considered an advantage.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B software, technology, or cybersecurity-related environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product Design: Design intuitive product experiences, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes while contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system in Figma.
• Brand & Marketing Design: Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and industry events while maintaining visual consistency across all channels.
• Rapid Iteration: Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, quality, and continuous improvement are equally important.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.
• Design Excellence: Contribute to strategic product decisions and hands-on visual design across multiple initiatives.
