Job summary

SCIGON is seeking an experienced UX/UI or Product Designer to craft polished, enterprise web experiences, dashboards, and data-driven workflows. You will translate complex business requirements into intuitive interfaces and help scale design systems.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering in an Agile environment, advocate accessibility, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a UX/UI or Product Designer role.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience building scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to present design decisions using user research and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, data-heavy enterprise interfaces.
• Define and maintain enterprise design systems, libraries, and governance standards.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices across platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible, responsive designs and high-quality implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups; communicate solutions clearly.
• Lead workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
