Job summary

Future Mind, part of the Solita family, is hiring for a Digital Analytics Specialist in Poland. You will define KPIs with product teams, build decision-ready dashboards, and analyse data across BigQuery/Databricks to improve web and app experiences. You’ll design and interpret A/B tests, turning insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analytics, including product or digital analytics for e‑commerce or apps.
• Strong SQL skills with BigQuery/Databricks or comparable platform.
• Python for analysis (pandas, notebooks).
• Confidence building dashboards and data models in Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Experience defining KPIs with product teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with A/B testing and statistics from design to interpretation.
• Able to explain complex analysis clearly and set realistic data expectations.
• English and Polish at C1 level or above, with client-facing confidence.

Help leading retail and e-commerce brands make better product decisions with data. At Future Mind (a Solita company), you’ll join a growing Digital Analytics team where analysis goes beyond reporting — it leads to clear recommendations and real product impact.

This job is all about:

• Defining KPIs and reporting frameworks together with clients and product teams: what to measure, how to calculate it and who needs the insights.
• Building clear, decision-ready dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio, from data modelling to meaningful business visualisations.
• Analysing data in BigQuery, Databricks or similar environments: funnels, conversion, user behaviour and the impact of changes to web and mobile products.
• Designing and evaluating A/B tests: hypotheses, success metrics, sample sizes, results interpretation and recommendations for what to do next.
• Turning analysis into actionable decisions, presenting findings to clients and helping prioritise product improvements.
• Working with analytics implementation specialists to define measurement requirements for new features.

Here’s what we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, including product or digital analytics (e-commerce or apps).
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery, Databricks or a comparable data platform.
• Python for analysis (pandas, notebooks).
• Confidence building dashboards and data models in Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Experience defining KPIs with product teams and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a solid grasp of basic statistics, from experiment design to interpreting results.
• The ability to explain complex analysis clearly, including being upfront about what the data cannot tell us.
• English and Polish at C1 level or above, and confidence working directly with clients.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with event data from GA4 or Firebase.
• Experience in consulting, an agency or projects for multiple clients.
