Job summary

DCG in Poland is seeking a skilled data scientist to develop and deploy advanced models, conduct statistical analyses, and translate business needs into measurable data products.

You will collaborate with data engineers to build scalable pipelines, communicate results to non-technical stakeholders, and mentor colleagues while upholding data ethics and governance. The role offers multidisciplinary exposure across product teams and opportunities to engage with the data science community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Proficiency in using data visualisation tools to communicate findings.
• Experience with machine learning techniques and statistical modelling.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of data ethics, privacy, and governance principles.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments.
• Experience with version control in GitHub and collaborating on codebases.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
