Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland is seeking an experienced SAP functional analyst specializing in Product Compliance to bridge business requirements with IT solutions. You will manage functional specifications, configure SAP or related ERP modules, and support transitions through BAU and project work phases.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, leading small upgrades, and ensuring service quality while training users and driving change across production sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT delivery team.
• Experience as an SAP functional analyst, ideally in Product Compliance.
• Background in HESQ management for production sites, with SAP Product Compliance or other ERP experience.
• Experience with non-SAP HSE-related applications is a strong plus.
• Interest in business process, technology and service delivery; ability to analyze and design solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination and training skills.
• Ability to work independently, set targets and prioritize in a demanding environment.
• Structured, customer-service minded and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional expert and interface between business and IT for HSE solutions (SAP and non-SAP).
• Engage with stakeholders, capture needs and translate into specs.
• Design, plan and execute changes through BAU releases or projects with hands-on configuration, testing and documentation.
• Support continuity and service improvement across systems.
• Collaborate with external providers on incidents, support and requests at level 3.
• Lead small upgrades or contribute as expert on larger projects.
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers and internal IT teams to ensure delivery.
• Support business change management, including trainings and webinars.
• Work with IT domain architects on roadmaps and design authority.
• Manage portfolio lifecycle, including cybersecurity vulnerability management.
