Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Product Analyst to understand how customers experience our cloud platform. You will partner with product teams, work with usage data and in-app analytics, and surface insights to shape onboarding and growth.

You will build dashboards, instrument product surfaces, and analyze funnels and retention to reduce friction. You will collaborate across product management, data engineering, and customer experience, translating raw signals into decisions and contributing to analytics

Qualifications

• Analytical experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused product environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to define what 'good experience' looks like and how to measure it
• Build and maintain dashboards in Pendo, Tableau, or similar, using data to answer questions and drive business
• Instrument new product surfaces with engineers to define event taxonomies, validate tracking, and ensure data quality
• Analyze funnels, retention curves, and feature adoption to identify friction points in the customer journey
• Contribute to our experience metrics framework and help establish analytics standards across the product organization
