Job summary

Akamai is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst to collaborate with Product and CTG teams, driving operational excellence through integrated processes and KPI reviews.

You will advise cross-functional leadership, maintain the rhythm of the business, and promote standardized practices to improve decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• Have relevant experience in Strategy or Product related role and a Bachelor's degree.
• Have experience successfully building processes and driving operational standards for a cross-functional organization.
• Have understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution (CDN) and related technology to help translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
• Have experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all levels of an organization.
• Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operating systems with limited supervision, building rudimentary dashboards, and developing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to cross-functional CTG leadership including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.
• Maintaining the rhythm of the business through the development and execution of integrated processes
• Leading expectations for quality of internal and external outputs across CTG through development and documentation of Standard & Practices.
• Driving consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and reviewing key performance indicators with business leaders.
• Communicating changes and driving adoption to need standards of working to drive the business forward.
• Optimizing processes continuously to effectively support decision-making on a large scale.
