• Own Core HR data as the subject matter lead within SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Maintain knowledge of the Core HR data model, foundation objects, organizational structures, and employee data architecture
• Ensure the consistency and quality of HR master data across the platform
• Support and coordinate data activities for reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers, and business transformation initiatives
• Coordinate large-scale employee, position, and organizational updates
• Support the planning and execution of mass uploads and data migrations
• Assess the impact of data changes across downstream systems, reporting solutions, payroll processes, and connected platforms
• Liaise between Core HR and integration teams on data impacts and business requirements
• Support project teams in defining data requirements and implementation approaches
• Improve HR data quality processes
• Identify data integrity risks and define mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and privacy requirements for sensitive employee data
• Support business stakeholders through analysis, testing, validation, and deployment
• Provide expertise and guidance during audits, transformation projects, and strategic HR initiatives
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for Core HR data

Требования

• 3–5 Years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is strongly preferred
• Experience with HR information systems such as Workday or Oracle HCM is also considered
• Strong understanding of HR master data management and organizational structures
• Experience in data migration, data transformation, organizational changes, or HR system implementations
• Ability to assess impacts across complex HR ecosystems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment
• Very good English
• Nice to have: French, Polish
