Danone in Warsaw is seeking a Product Analyst for Talent & Skills to drive delivery momentum, coordinate campaigns, and manage Agile rituals. You will coordinate consultants and Chapter members, maintain the backlog, and ensure clear ownership, timelines, and testing coverage.

You will work with the Product Owner and Senior Product Analyst to turn validated stories into tracked delivery activities, ensuring a single source of truth for status and blockers in a hybrid Warsaw setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Talent Management or a Product Analyst role.
• Experience coordinating consultants, technical contributors or configuration activities.
• Experience supporting HR campaigns or SAP SuccessFactors delivery is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational delivery of Talent Management & Skills initiatives and campaign activities.
• Manage day-to-day follow-up of configuration work by consultants and Chapter members.
• Monitor workload, risks, blockers, dependencies and quality of deliverables.
• Ensure campaign prep, configuration, testing, release and post-go-live activities are followed up.
• Escalate risks or blockers to Senior Product Analyst or Product Owner when required.
• Own preparation, animation and follow-up of team Daily meetings and backlog management rituals.
• Maintain backlog tool with up-to-date stories, owners, statuses and priorities.
• Facilitate Agile rituals like Daily meetings, reviews and retrospectives.
• Produce delivery visibility through dashboards and risk trackers.
• Coordinate consultants and Chapter members in SAP SuccessFactors configuration activities.
• Track configuration progress and align with validated requirements.

About The Job

As Product Analyst for Talent & Skills, you are accountable for the delivery momentum and operational coordination of the product team. You secure campaign execution, coordinate consultants and Chapter members, animate Agile delivery rituals and maintain the backlog management tool as the reliable source of delivery status. You work closely with the Product Owner and Senior Product Analyst to turn validated and technically ready stories into well-tracked delivery activities. Your main contribution is to ensure that the team knows what needs to be done, by whom, by when, with which blockers, and with the right level of testing and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination and Campaign Execution

• Coordinate the operational delivery of Talent Management & Skills initiatives, enhancements and campaign related activities


• Manage day-to-day follow-up of configuration work performed by consultants and Chapter members


• Monitor workload, progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and quality of deliverables


• Ensure that campaign preparation, configuration, testing, release and post-go-live activities are properly followed up


• Escalate risks, delays or arbitration needs to the Senior Product Analyst or Product Owner when required

Agile Rituals and Backlog Tool Management

• Own the preparation, animation and follow-up of the team Daily


• Maintain the backlog management tool, ensuring that stories, tasks, owners, statuses, priorities, dependencies and blockers are up to date


• Ensure that the Kanban board or backlog management tool is used as the team’s single source of truth for delivery follow-up


• Facilitate operational Agile rituals such as Daily meetings, delivery follow-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews and preparation sessions


• Produce delivery visibility through progress updates, dashboards, action lists and risk trackers

Configuration Follow-up and Consultant Coordination

• Coordinate consultants and Chapter members involved in SAP SuccessFactors configuration activities


• Contribute to Talent screens configuration when needed


• Track configuration progress and confirm alignment with validated requirements and technical guidance provided by the Senior Product Analyst


• Support issue tracking, defect resolution and root-cause analysis by gathering facts, evidence and context


• Ensure configuration outputs are documented and ready for testing, release and future maintenance

Testing, Documentation and Release Support

• Prepare, coordinate and execute functional test scenarios where relevant


• Support User Acceptance Testing by ensuring clear test scope, test evidence, defect follow-up and stakeholder communication


• Maintain business requirements traceability, test evidence, release notes and operational documentation


• Contribute to demos and delivery sessions for new features, enhancements and campaign readiness

Operational Communication

• Ensure smooth operational communication between consultants, Chapter members, the Product Owner, the Senior Product Analyst and HR stakeholders


• Provide clear updates on delivery status, next steps, blockers and required decisions


• Help maintain a structured and transparent delivery cadence across the product team

About You

We expect you to have:

Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, Talent Management or a Product Analyst role


• Experience coordinating consultants, technical contributors or configuration activities


• Experience supporting HR campaigns, recurring HR processes or SAP SuccessFactors delivery is a strong asset

Skills

• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules or strong willingness to build advanced configuration understanding


• Ability to configure Talent screens, at least standard features


• Strong coordination, follow-up, documentation and delivery tracking skills


• Experience with Agile rituals, Daily meetings, Kanban boards and backlog management tools.


• Ability to work with consultants, technical teams and business stakeholders in a structured and reliable way


• Attention to detail, operational rigor and problem-solving mindset
