Job summary

Vertex Agility is seeking a proactive product professional to join our product team in Kraków. You will translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, working closely with customers, developers, tech leads and the Product Owner to deliver scalable solutions.

The role blends business analysis, product development, customer-focused design and process modelling, with emphasis on enabling external teams to self-serve through our applications. B2B contract.

Qualifications

• Proactive, self-starting approach; ability to independently seek information and identify stakeholders.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience defining product features, capabilities and offerings.
• Experience translating business and customer needs into functional requirements and system changes.
• Familiarity with data analysis, APIs and data tools.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and translate into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, developers, tech leads and Product Owner to deliver solutions.
• Define product features and changes based on business needs.
• Write clear functional requirements, system descriptions and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in existing systems.
• Model business processes with flowcharts and data flow diagrams.
