Job summary

State Street in Kraków seeks a Product Development Analyst, AVP, to drive the development of data products and launch new data-driven solutions. You will perform market research, define requirements and roadmaps, and collaborate with internal teams to bring products to market.

You will work with data engineers and business stakeholders to prototype, test, and refine solutions, while maintaining documentation and staying abreast of industry trends and competitive products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, data science, business, or a related field.
• Advanced degree is preferred for this role.
• Experience in quantitative research, product development, data analytics, or investment-related roles.”

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs and opportunities for new data products.
• Collaborate with data engineers and technology teams to design, prototype, and build data products, gathering user feedback.
• Help integrate and manage market and vendor data, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Implement research data products in partnership with Global Markets Research.
• Maintain existing data products and support client deliverables.
• Document product features, data models and user guidelines.
