Job summary

Espeo Software in Poznań, Poland, invites a Delivery Manager to lead client projects, nurture relationships, and drive profitability. The role blends on-site collaboration with remote work in a hybrid setup to foster teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Delivery Manager roles or equivalent (delivery, account, or business management).
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to upsell/cross-sell where appropriate.
• Fluent in English and Polish with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in professional services and managing remote/hybrid teams.

Responsibilities

DELIVERY MANAGER

LOCATION: POLAND (1 day a week in Poznań office)

Scope of services:

Account Management

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships built on reliability, transparency, and value.
• Maximizing project profitability and contributing to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Supporting new business sales processes.

Line Management

• Managing and developing the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.
• Aligning team members’ career development with project opportunities to foster professional growth.
• Setting, reviewing, and managing individual performance goals and compensation to ensure fairness, motivation, and retention.

Delivery Management

• Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring resource efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Managing project risks, resource allocation, and operational stability to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensuring project revenue and margin targets are met through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Managing changes in contracts, team composition, and service scope while maintaining profitability.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Solid experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Business Manager, Business Unit Manager, Client Portfolio Manager, Account Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader,
• Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management,
• Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team,
• Experience in the professional services industry,
• Full professional proficiency in English and Polish,
• Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),
• Readiness for international travel at least 10% working time.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial industry,
• Experience in blockchain projects,

• Additional foreign language at a communicative level (e.g. Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German).
