Job summary

Everllence is seeking a Finance Specialist in Gdańsk to join our international team. You will prepare and analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.

The role involves posting expenses, reconciling ledgers, processing payments, and managing supplier and customer payments, contributing to robust financial processes. The ideal candidate has a university degree in accounting/finance, 2+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of PL GAAP VAT

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• Basic knowledge of Polish GAAP VAT rules.
• Knowledge of Symfonia ERP or similar software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent Polish.

Responsibilities

• Post expenses/invoices in company records.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts (fixed assets, banks, etc.).
• Prepare payments and upload in online banking.
• Book and reconcile employee expenses.
• Reconcile suppliers and process their payments.

Job description

For the further strategic development of our company, we are looking for a Finance Specialist at our location in Gdańsk. As a Finance Specialist, you are part of a dedicated international team and contribute directly to the company's success. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing accounting records or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness to reporting and procedural standards.

We can offer you the following tasks

• Post of the expenses/invoices in company’s record files
• Reconcile general ledger accounts (fixed assets, banks, etc.)
• Prepare of payments and uploading in online banking
• Book and reconcile employee expenses
• Reconcile suppliers and prepare of their payments
• Record incoming payments in account receivable
• Record outgoing payments in account payable

You Can Help Us With These Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting and / or Finance
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Basic experience regarding PL GAAP VAT rules
• Knowledge of Symfonia ERP and/or other Software programs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent Polish

In Poland backoffice is very small. We have small Finance team and HR team. So far the bookkeeping has been outsourced. Our Polish entity is ahead of the big growth. We will expand office in Gdańsk and Poznań. Additionally, in 2025 we opened a new workshop in Gdansk to increase our potential in medium speed engines and turbochargers.
