Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Kraków is seeking a Procurement Operations Helpdesk Analyst to deliver responsive support for procurement queries. You will handle internal user requests and supplier inquiries, assisting with sourcing, contracting, and system issues while driving process improvements.

You will troubleshoot procurement platforms, ensure records accuracy, and collaborate with finance and procurement teams to uphold compliance and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in a shared services environment.
• Experience handling internal user queries and supplier issues.
• Understanding of procurement governance, policies and compliance.
• Exposure to aerospace/defense or complex manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot procurement platforms and strive for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement queries quickly.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution in procurement processes.
• Support sourcing, contracting, and procurement system issues as needed.
