Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a Purchasing & Invoice Resolution Analyst to manage POs, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support PR validation with stakeholders. The role focuses on operational excellence, data integrity, and compliant procurement practices.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, experience with SAP/Ivalua/Coupa, and a focus on service quality in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is offered with a Kraków office location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with PO creation, invoice resolution, and procurement documentation.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or other complex manufacturing industries.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and manage POs to enable timely procurement transactions.
• Investigate and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate PRs and validate requirements with stakeholders for compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support audits and licence-to-operate processes across teams.
