Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow GCC is seeking a Procurement Operations Helpdesk Analyst to deliver fast, accurate support for procurement queries and system issues. You will manage internal user requests, assist suppliers, and support sourcing and contracting activities, while upholding compliance and service standards.

The role focuses on troubleshooting procurement platform challenges, driving process improvements, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues
• Experience in aerospace/defence or complex manufacturing environment
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance and compliance
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
• Customer service oriented and ability to influence others
• Proven track record delivering results and continuous improvement

• Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution of procurement processes and systems

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures and audit requirements

Key Accountabilities

• Manage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement‑related queries promptly and accurately


• Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to procurement processes and systems


• Provide support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system issues as needed


• Identify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service


• Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness


• Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality


• Assist with resolving technical issues in procurement platforms and escalated complex problems when necessary


• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities


• Deliver responsive, high‑quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience

Key Experiences and Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories


• Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environment


• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry


• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments


• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa


• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others


• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives


• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
