Rolls‑Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking a detail-oriented RFX and Purchasing Analyst to drive efficient sourcing and compliant outcomes. You will manage RFx events and auctions, analyse bids, and assist negotiations to deliver value for aerospace and defence categories.

You’ll train suppliers on tools, maintain accurate e-sourcing data, and collaborate with Global Category teams to align sourcing with business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain across indirect/direct categories.
• End-to-end RFx events management with bid analysis expertise.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or complex manufacturing.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance and compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP/Ivalua/Coupa or SAP Ariba sourcing solutions.

• Analyse supplier responses, prepare bid evaluations, support negotiations.
• Provide training to suppliers on tools and processes.
