Job summary

TE Connectivity Krakow is offering an Internship in Procurement (F/M/D). You will support analyses, supplier communications, and data management in ERP systems, gaining hands-on experience in cost reduction and process improvement.

The role requires a degree in economics/business/finance, fluent English, and strong organizational skills. It is a hybrid work arrangement with exposure to global suppliers at TE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting analyses and preparing reports
• Maintaining ongoing communication with suppliers and supporting supplier negotiations
• Managing and updating procurement data, documentation, and supplier records in ERP systems
• Supporting the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives and process improvement projects
• Monitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules, and KPI metrics
• Supporting RFQ/RFP processes
• Preparing presentations, spend analyses, and order summaries for management reviews.
