Job summary

TE Connectivity is hiring an EMEA Regional SME R2R in Kraków. The role focuses on end-to-end process expertise, standards governance, and driving improvements across the R2R domain.

You will support operational teams with root-cause analysis, design and document processes, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The candidate will lead standardization initiatives, participate in audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a relevant process environment.
  • Experience in process improvement, transformation, and system implementation initiatives.
  • Hands-on involvement in UAT, business validation, and deployment activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with root-cause analysis and problem solving.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end processes, controls, and operational workflows.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of process documentation standards (SOPs, work instructions, PDDs).
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and process standardization methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor for the assigned end-to-end process.
  • Own and maintain process standards, governance, documentation, and process design in alignment with global policies.
  • Support operational teams with process expertise, root-cause analysis, and resolution of process-related issues.
  • Monitor process performance, identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure process compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in operational reviews to identify control gaps, process risks, and opportunities for greater standardization.
  • Act as the key process representative during audits and support remediation activities from a process governance perspective.
  • Lead and support process standardization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.
  • Provide SME expertise for transformation programs, system enhancements, and future-state process design.
  • Support testing, UAT activities, and solution deployments to ensure alignment with business and process requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business, Operations, IT, and Transformation teams to represent process requirements and standards.
  • Deliver process training and maintain accurate, up-to-date process documentation and knowledge materials.
