Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with data analysis ability.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Tender Manager in preparation and execution of the tender process.
• Follow-up actions - progress chasing for the Tender Manager.
• Support profitability analysis with system cost information.
• Draft submission documentation for review by the Tender Manager.
• Monitor approval chain completeness to support the Tender Manager.
• Organise documentation structure in support of the Tender Manager.
