Qualifications

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and prepare reports.
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and support supplier negotiations.
• Manage and update procurement data, documentation, and supplier records in ERP systems.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and KPI metrics.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes.
• Prepare presentations, spend analyses, and order summaries for management reviews.
