Job summary

Adecco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Procurement / Contract Management Analyst to support procurement and source-to-pay operations for the Americas region.

The role requires availability to work the 13:30-22:00 shift and involves collaboration with global stakeholders to drive efficient purchasing and contract management processes. You will drive S2P activities, manage the S2P GOA Team mailbox, optimize buying channels, monitor process performance, and resolve escalated issues with guidance

Qualifications

• Very good analytical skills and quick validation of complex data.
• Team player with high drive and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with incomplete information, and balance trade-offs/risks.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Materials Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned Procurement related activities in the Source-to-Pay Process.
• Manage functional mailbox for S2P GOA Team.
• Enforce optimal Buying Channel utilization to maximize commercial opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Actively monitor process execution performance and undertake proper corrective actions, with support from senior team members.
• Handle and address escalated issues with support from more senior team members.

For our client operating in the oil & gas industry, we are currently looking for a Procurement / Contract Management Analyst to support procurement and source-to-pay operations for the Americas region. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic international environment, working closely with global stakeholders and contributing to efficient purchasing and contract management processes.

Please note that this role supports the Americas region and requires availability to work the respective shift hours (13:30-22:00).

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned Procurement related activities in the Source-to-Pay Process
• Manage functional mailbox for S2P GOA Team
• Enforce optimal Buying Channel utilization to maximize commercial opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Actively monitor process execution performance and undertake proper corrective actions, with support from senior team members where needed.
