Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Łódź, Poland, seeks a senior analytics leader to support Global Procurement by turning data into value. You will lead a team moving from reactive reporting to proactive, value-added analysis to enhance decision-making, data quality, and performance narratives.

You will develop proactive data insights, partner with regional teams, and use Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and scorecards. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in analytics or procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in global delivery services or procurement operations.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, automation, and the use of metrics to support business decisions.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of data architecture, master data, data lakes, KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics, with ability to leverage these concepts and tools to generate actionable insights.
• Experience leading teams and managing transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and business-level fluency in the relevant regional operating language.

About the Role

In this role, you will help Global Procurement use data to make better decisions and create measurable value. You will be part of Global Finance Center of Excellence, partnering with procurement teams across regions and categories to provide clear insights into business health, performance, and opportunities. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Support Lead, you will lead a team that is moving from reactive reporting toward proactive, value-added analysis. Your work will support stronger decision-making, improve the quality and consistency of procurement data, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of Global Procurement and Global Finance Center of Excellence.

Base Salary Range:

zł169,600.00 - zł233,200.00

The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
