Job summary

Takeda in Łódź, Poland is seeking a senior analytics leader in Global Procurement to drive data-driven decision making. You will lead a team moving from reactive reporting to proactive insights, partnering with regional teams to deliver value through dashboards and performance narratives.

You will shape data quality, standardize reporting, and empower procurement stakeholders with clear metrics. Fluency in English and Polish is preferred, with strong communication and change leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in global delivery services or procurement operations.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, automation, and the use of metrics to support business decisions.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Knowledge of data architecture, master data, data lakes, key performance indicators, scorecards, and performance metrics, with the ability to leverage these concepts and tools to generate actionable insights and support effective decision-making.
• Experience leading teams and managing transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

About the Role

In this role, you will help Global Procurement use data to make better decisions and create measurable value. You will be part of Global Finance Center of Excellence, partnering with procurement teams across regions and categories to provide clear insights into business health, performance, and opportunities. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Support Lead, you will lead a team that is moving from reactive reporting toward proactive, value-added analysis. Your work will support stronger decision-making, improve the quality and consistency of procurement data, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of Global Procurement and Global Finance Center of Excellence.

How You Will Contribute

Base Salary Range:

zł169,600.00 - zł233,200.00
