Job summary

VELUX is seeking aProcurement Process Governance Specialist to oversee Vendor Master Data and Material Master processes. You will ensure compliance across Purchasing, participate in global projects, and drive continuous improvements using Lean methods.

With 3+ years in S2P and SAP environments, you will collaborate across teams and act as a training resource for end users while balancing governance with operational needs. A hybrid work model is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Vendor Master Data and/or Material Master processes.
• Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, especially Purchasing.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba SLP/SBN.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience; strong analytical skills.

Our Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Vendor Master Data and/or Material Master processes.
• Good understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, particularly Purchasing.
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Ariba SLP and SBN.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and commercial impacts.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
