Job summary

VELUX is seeking aProcurement Process Governance Specialist to oversee Vendor Master Data and Material Master processes. You will ensure compliance across Purchasing, participate in global projects, and drive continuous improvements using Lean methods.

With 3+ years in S2P and SAP environments, you will collaborate across teams and act as a training resource for end users while balancing governance with operational needs. A hybrid work model is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Vendor Master Data and/or Material Master processes.
• Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, especially Purchasing.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba SLP/SBN.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern and support Vendor Master Data and Material Master processes.
• Ensure governance and compliance across Purchasing operations.
• Participate in local and global projects, including process improvements and system enhancements.
• Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate to ensure knowledge sharing and business continuity.
• Communicate with Business, Process Experts, and VOI Procurement.
• Serve as first point of contact for process queries, providing guidance and training.
• Support deviation management from standard processes using Lean principles.
• Contribute to development and standardization of purchasing processes and best practices.
