Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp Poland is seeking a Process Specialist in Corporate Actions SE to ensure accurate capture, processing and reconciliation of Corporate Action events. We are now looking for an Process Specialist /Senior Process Specialist to join full time our Corporate Action SE team. As a Process Specialist/Senior Process Specialist, you will play a valuable role in ensuring that Corporate Action events are captured, processed, controlled and reconciled in line with internal standards and customer expectations. You will work in a professional, international environment where quality, collaboration, risk awareness and continuous improvement matter every day.

We add value by handling corporate action events for Swedish clients with accuracy, strong controls, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, custodians and other parties. Our work supports correct event capture, communication, bookings, reconciliations, instructions and reporting within Asset Services.

What you’ll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Processing instructions, securitiesbookingsand cash payments connected to Corporate Action events, applying the required 4-eyescontrol where relevant.
• Process payments, ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with regulations and agreed service levels.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and ways of working.
• Supporting continuous improvement, risk mitigation, controls, reporting activities and knowledge sharing within the Corporate Actions SE area.
