Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp in Lodz is seeking a Senior/Process Specialist to enhance Investment product offerings and support Nordic customers. You will work with the Fund Services and Reporting team to improve operational processes and ensure high-quality service.

We are looking for a Senior/Process Specialist to join our team within Investment Product Services and take on the challenge of serving the Nordic customers by enhancing our product offerings on the Investment side.

About our team

Meet the Fund Services and Reporting team. Our role is to execute and improve operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver ever better experiences for our customers.

Our team consist of 13 people and it’s a cross border unit where the members are located in Stockholm, Sweden and in Lodz, Poland. We are responsible for fund set-up (opening funds and making changes), corporate actions within internal and external funds for Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian customers and various types of reporting. In addition, we are updating instruments in saving information repository tool.

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Collaborating with international stakeholders to resolve complex issues
• Actively contributing to the development and improvement of processes and investment products
• Detecting errors, identifying discrepancies, problems, etc. in order to timely take the expected actions, in order to minimize operational risk for the benefit of customers and partners
