Capgemini Polska is seeking a Data Analyst to lead complex process mining programs, support business transformation, and guide stakeholders in leveraging analytical insights for continuous improvement.

You will mentor consultants and analysts, plan workload, and ensure delivery quality across multiple clients while translating business needs into practical data solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in process mining or BI tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI)
• SQL, data modeling, and data visualization skills
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Your role

As a Data Analyst you will lead complex process mining programs and ensure high-quality outcomes, support business transformation initiatives, and guide stakeholders in leveraging analytical insights for continuous process improvement.

Your profile

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Process mining or BI tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI)
• SQL, data modeling, and data visualization skills
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

Moreover:

• Understanding of finance processes (P2P, C2C, R2R)
• Strong storytelling and data presentation skills
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Very good English (written and spoken)
