Job description

The Process Engineer supports the assessment, redesign, and digital transformation of business workflows for a major operational modernization program. This role works closely with the Lead Process Engineer, IT teams, and business stakeholders to map current-state processes, design future-state digital workflows, and assist with change management and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, diagrams, and supporting documentation.
  
• Design future-state digital workflows using tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or Power Automate.
  
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to validate requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
  
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of redesigned workflows.
  
• Contribute to change management efforts including stakeholder engagement, communication materials, and training documentation.
  
• Ensure workflows comply with standards related to data governance, security, and accessibility.
  
• Assist with continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.
  
• Maintain organized documentation and track progress against project timelines.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , Business Process Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, workflow engineering, or automation projects.
  
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  
• Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, ServiceNow, or workflow automation platforms.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex processes.
