Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a global edge-to-cloud company, is seeking a Specialist in Process Improvement to lead end-to-end optimization initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable business impact, applying Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking and Agile methods.

You will leverage automation, analytics, and process mining to deliver sustainable improvements across a global, matrixed organization, with moderate travel and onsite office work in Poland.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on process engineering with measurable impact.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
  • Experience with at least one process mining platform and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead complex initiatives with minimal supervision.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities across processes.
  • Translate process insights into clear, actionable recommendations and business cases with measurable outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain process standards, governance, and controls for sustainable improvements.
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and AI to enhance process analysis and documentation.

Job Description
  • Process Improvement & Value Delivery
  • Facilitate & lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery through value realization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities across processes
  • Translate process insights into clear, actionable recommendations and business cases focused on measurable outcomes
  • Drive a value-first mindset, ensuring all process improvements are linked to tangible business impact
  • Process Engineering & Methodology
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methods to analyze, redesign, and optimize processes.
  • Conduct structured process assessments, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and waste identification
  • Develop and maintain process standards, frameworks, and governance mechanisms for consistent execution.
  • Design and embed controls and monitoring mechanisms to ensure sustainability of improvements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of process engineering practices and continuous improvement culture.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and learnings to drive consistency and maturity in process excellence.
  • Use of Automation, Analytics & AI
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and AI tools to enhance process analysis, insight generation, and documentation efficiency
  • Utilize data and process mining capabilities to support evidence-based decision-making and prioritization
  • Apply automation and AI selectively to scale process improvements and reduce cycle time where appropriate
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across business units to align on process improvement priorities and execution plans.
  • Influence business leaders to adopt process-led thinking and continuous improvement practices.
  • Communicate complex process issues in a clear, business-focused manner.
  • Experience & Qualifications
  • 5- 7 years of hands-on process engineering experience with a strong track record of delivering measurable business impact — ideally in a global, matrixed organization where speed-to-value and stakeholder influence are critical success factors.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required) or Black Belt (strongly preferred), with demonstrated ability to apply Design Thinking and Agile methodologies alongside traditional process improvement tools
  • Practical experience with at least one process mining platform with the ability to independently extract, interpret, and act on process intelligence data.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills — able to quickly build credibility with senior leaders, translate process complexity into business impact narratives, and influence decision-making without relying solely on data or formal authority.
  • Comfortable working across global time zones and collaborating with international teams and customers as part of a globally distributed organization
  • Ability to work independently and guide complex initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Project Management (PMP) a plus
  • Master’s Degree desirable
  • Experience with other continuous improvement methodologies like Kaizen, Lean etc.
  • Moderate travel will be required
  • Self starter with ability to manage projects independently & ability to flexibly work with stakeholders across globe
