Job summary

BorgWarner seeks an experienced Problem Solving Expert (CI & OE) to drive strategic improvement across manufacturing. You will lead complex problem-solving, improve product quality, and deploy world-class methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, Shainin Red X, and RCA.

Required are a16 years plus in manufacturing/quality; Master Black Belt and Shainin Red X Master certifications; strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills; and experience managing cross-functional,

• Bachelor-level and higher degrees in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Shainin Red X Master certifications are required.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide CI/OE programs and coaching cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex problem-solving addressing customer complaints, warranty issues, and chronic manufacturing challenges.
• Facilitate RCA workshops and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and deploy CI/OE strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead high-impact projects for quality, cost reduction, productivity, and waste elimination.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to identify improvements.
