Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to review online content including sensitive material.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in online operations/privacy/legal support.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools.
• Evaluate request validity per client policies.
• Collaborate with policy specialists on cases and inquiries.
• Maintain high quality in every case reviewed.
• Meet weekly productivity targets as part of daily workflow.
• Support multiple workflows/products/markets as needed.
• Assist English market and other markets when required.
