Job summary

TP is seeking a Privacy Specialist to enforce policies by analyzing European privacy requests from lawyers and individuals. You will handle requests across workflows, following client guidelines to make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will review, process, and evaluate requests, stay updated on policy changes with Training and Quality departments, and collaborate with policy specialists to ensure accurate responses. On-site Kraków office with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential.
• BA/BS or higher in online operations, privacy, or legal support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming privacy requests through online tools.
• Evaluate the validity of each request per client policies.
• Educate yourself on policy changes with Training and Quality teams.
• Collaborate with policy specialists to address cases using client response framework.
• Maintain high quality across reviews and meet weekly productivity goals.
• Work with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop skills across data, tools, and quality assessment.
• Support additional workflows/products/markets as needed.
• Assist English market and translations as required.
