airSlate is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead a self-serve SaaS product track from strategy to delivery. You will own the end-to-end problems, run evidence-led discovery, and align cross-functional teams across marketing, support, data, and sibling products.

The role emphasizes product-led growth, strong data discipline, and shipping AI-enabled features that add real value to users, all while thriving in ambiguity and maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of a self-serve SaaS product.
• Strong experimentation practice and ability to size opportunities.
• Comfort with data, metrics, and BI tools to drive decisions.
• Experience talking to customers and turning insights into problems.
• Product-led growth mindset for high-volume self-serve funnels.
• Shipping AI features with real user impact and clear value.

Responsibilities

• Own a product track end to end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and outcome.
• Run evidence-led discovery from interviews, insights, and data.
• Prioritize by business impact and invest where it pays off.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to slice work into increments.
• Define hypotheses, run experiments, and interpret results at scale.
• Own KPIs, monitor funnel metrics, and report progress to leadership.
• Work across marketing, support, data, and other airSlate products.
