airSlate Inc. is seeking a senior software engineer to own end-to-end features built around AI coding agents. You will design and validate context-deep specs, review generated code, and ensure production quality while maintaining documentation and ADRs.

The role spans a modern stack: PHP/Node.js/Golang with JavaScript/TypeScript/React, plus robust SQL and Docker usage. You will join the SignNow team, contributing to scalable, cloud-native software in a flexible remote/hybrid environment and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in production environments, including context setup and validation.
• Proficiency in PHP, Node.js or Golang, and modern JS/TS/React stack.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, and AWS.
• Ability to document architecture and ADRs; excellent problem decomposition and prioritization.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features with AI coding agents as core implementation loop; write specs and tasks with context.
• Review agent-generated code for quality and production-readiness.
• Own features end-to-end: requirements, quality, tests, deployment, and monitoring.
• Improve team workflows with agents; define guardrails and context.
• Conduct code and documentation reviews to ensure consistency and quality.
• Participate in duty rotations: monitor production systems and incidents.
• Grow technically within a high-delivery engineering culture.
