Job summary

airSlate is seeking a Principal Product Manager for its pdfFiller team to own end-to-end product strategy, discovery, and delivery. You will run evidence-led discovery with customer interviews, data and competitive analysis, and prioritize work based on business impact while partnering with design and engineering to deliver incremental, high-quality features.

You will define hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics, run large-scale A/B tests, and monitor funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including ownership of a self-serve SaaS product or significant surface end-to-end.
• Track record of measurable business outcomes (conversion, activation, retention, ARPU).
• Strong experimentation practice: design, size, interpret A/B tests and act on results.

Responsibilities

• Own a product track end to end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and outcome.
• Run evidence-led discovery from customer interviews, support insights, data and competitive analysis.
• Prioritize by business impact and justify investments.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to break work into increments and maintain quality, stability, and security.
• Define hypotheses and success metrics, run large-scale A/B tests, stop what doesn’t work.
• Define KPIs for the track, monitor funnel, and report progress to product leadership.
• Work across functions including marketing, support, data, and other airSlate products.
