The role focuses on architecture, performance, and reliability of large production systems running in Kubernetes, cloud, and on‑premises infrastructure.

The candidate will mentor engineers, define system boundaries, and guide multi‑team initiatives, ensuring high availability and robust delivery while collaborating with architects and DevOps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in Go programming.
• Experience with staff/leadership or architecture roles.
• Proven ownership of complex production systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems design and HA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services in Go.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for high throughput.
• Design event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• Define data flows and service boundaries across components.
• Lead architectural decisions for scalability, availability, and DR.
• Mentor engineers and support technical decisions across teams.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, product teams, and domain experts.
• Analyze and resolve complex production incidents.
