Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own the end-to-end architecture of a hardware-assisted threat-detection platform for Windows endpoints. You will coordinate CPU telemetry, Windows systems software, and ML inference, while guiding partner integrations and security validation.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of engineering experience, proven architectural leadership, and the ability to mentor senior engineers across lab, ML, and real-time teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive software, systems, platform, hardware, security, or ML engineering experience.
• Substantial experience in technical leadership roles and architecture decisions across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and drive cross-functional design decisions across lab, ML, and real‑time workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the hardware-assisted threat-detection platform, covering CPU telemetry, Windows components, ML inference, and partner SDK/API integration.
• Define the technical strategy, architectural boundaries, interfaces, and integration model across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional architectural decisions involving telemetry, Windows kernel and user-space components, model inference, and performance budgets.
• Establish and maintain technical quality standards, design-review practices, and engineering acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the technical relationship with security-software integration partners and drive validation gates across workloads.
