Job summary

Zabka Group is seeking a Pricing Strategy Team Manager to lead the definition and execution of pricing and margin strategy across categories and channels, driving profitability and competitiveness.

You will supervise a team, shape segmentation, price perception, and cross-functional decision-making with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, while balancing growth and value for customers. The role offers high autonomy and a strong base salary with performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or related field, preferably in B2C/retail.
• Proven ability to develop and implement pricing models, frameworks and principles.
• Strong link between pricing, customer value, competitiveness, revenue and margin.
• Experience leading and developing a team with delegation and accountability.
• Experience coordinating pricing initiatives across products, categories, customer segments, or channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to challenge decisions respectfully.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
