ZF Group in Warsaw is seeking Head of Portfolio Pricing to lead pricing strategy across the automotive aftermarket, driving profitable growth and price precision. You will design pricing methodologies, collaborate with central and regional teams, and ensure alignment with finance targets.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with pricing software, and proven leadership of remote teams in a matrix structure.

Qualifications

• Several years of pricing experience, Automotive Aftermarket preferred.
• Experience leading remote teams in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency with pricing software, ideally Price fx.
• Strong analytics and business analysis skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement pricing strategies for product categories.
• Define and deploy global price corridors across portfolio.
• Lead preparation and calculation of price corridors and coordinate updates.
• Support launches and campaigns with pricing guidance.
• Use analytics to recommend price changes and optimization.
• Benchmark data to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop pricing expertise within the team.
