At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices in line with EU and local regulations. The minimum annual gross compensation for this role is 20 240 PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment. This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure. The Data Assets, Analytics & AI department at Bayer Consumer Health focuses on enabling digital transformation by creating best in class analytical solutions, enabling data‑driven decision making and performance optimisation for Bayer’s Consumer Health organisation. You will be part of the global data assets, analytics and AI platform and responsible to technically guide projects in the area of Data & Analytics. You partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, analytics leads, data & platform architects and engineers as well as implementation partners/vendors and are the technical lead for scalable Core Data Assets / Data Products. You ensure proper data management, data ingestion, data pipeline orchestration as well as serving of data for analysts.
