Job summary

BCD Travel helps companies travel smart and achieve more. The Pricing & Commercial Analyst role is remote/hybrid and based in Poland, supporting multinational sales and client retention with data-driven pricing proposals.

You will build financial models, analyze profitability, and collaborate across Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to drive strategies that meet client needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field desirable.
• Highly proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of formulas and macros is a must.
• Previous experience in an analytical role such as Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders from different functions.
• Enjoys working in a team environment as a role model, supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient at managing multiple projects and deadlines and working in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.
• Takes responsibility for their work, checks for accuracy before delivering results, and shows initiative in finding solutions and driving tasks forward.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing and financial models for prospective and existing clients.
• Perform profitability and pricing analyses to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to create winning pricing strategies and proposals that meet both client needs and business objectives.
• Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Present pricing recommendations and financial insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, tools, and processes.
