Job summary

Profitroom is looking for a Product Analyst (Mid/Senior) to join our Data Team and turn data into insights that influence product decisions. You’ll work with the Product Director and Product Managers to define metrics and drive outcomes.

In this role you’ll transform raw data with SQL, Python and BI tools, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate the product and user experience. Remote work in Poland is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or data analytics, preferably SaaS.
• Advanced SQL and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker/Data Studio).
• Basic Python knowledge with willingness to grow; PySpark a plus.
• Experience with product tracking, experiments and metric design.
• Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience with Git/GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Define product metrics with Product Managers and Director based on data.
• Transform raw data into insights using SQL, Python and BI tools.
• Run experiments and statistics to improve product performance.
• Lead initiatives shaping product evolution and success.
• Collaborate with Software/Data Engineers to ensure proper data tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to elevate the product with data-driven insights.
