Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to implement pricing initiatives, present insights with clarity, and drive continuous improvement through data storytelling and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of pricing strategy experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven insights.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences with storytelling.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing analyses to support decision making and growth.
• Analyze pricing trends, product performance, and market dynamics.
• Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Monitor pricing metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support regional and local pricing strategy implementations.
• Evaluate pricing proposals, discount structures, and tenders.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for pricing changes.
• Support pricing governance processes and workflows.
• Develop market models for portfolio management and launches.
• Forecast and assess profitability related to pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Market Access.
• Contribute pricing insights during planning, tenders, and reviews.
• Share knowledge on pricing tools, processes, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and reporting.
• Support automation using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other tools.
• Contribute to pricing excellence projects and best practices adoption.
